How much do tickets cost?
General admission tickets cost £75 per person. VIP tickets cost £105 per person. These prices do not include booking fees and VAT.
How do I buy tickets?
On Saturday 26th February, tickets will be released via Event Genius (our official ticketing partner). Click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button on our website to be redirected to purchase tickets.
What is included in the VIP ticket?
– 30 minute early access to the event (19.30).
– An exclusive, VIP only area overlooking the whole event.
– A complimenary glass of Prosecco.
– A VIP only bar (P.S. this means less queuing!)
– Chat to the performers and the team behind Enchanted Events.
When is the event?
The event will take place on 26th March 2022 from 20.00 to 00.30 (General Admission) (Greenwich Mean Time)
Where is the event being held?
The event is being held at Porchester Hal, Porchester Road, London, W2 5HS.
What are the clothing requirements?
Formal wear is required. 20’s themed outfits are expected (for example – flapper dresses and suits).
Will ID be required?
Yes! ID must be presented by all guests regardless of age at the entrance of the venue and will be asked for at the bar in the venue also. Photocopies and pictures of IDs will not be accepted and will result in refused entry. We recommend these forms of identification listed below:
– A passport
– A photo driver’s license
– A proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme.
– A provisional driver’s license
Will drinks be available?
Yes. Drinks will be for sale via the venue’s bar.. ID will be requested by the bar staff. Any excessive drinking will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible. The venue also welcomes service dogs, but please note that Emotional Support Animals do not fall under the ‘service dog’ category for this venue. Thank you.

Can I resell my ticket?
If you are no longer able to attend the ball please get in touch as we may be able to resell your ticket on your behalf. Our Terms and Conditions can be found here: https://enchantedevents.net/terms-conditions/
However, you may not resell your ticket yourself. If anyone attempts to resell their tickets without consulting the Enchanted Events team they will be banned from the event and not refunded, ESPECIALLY if they charge more than the selling price.
We encourage our followers to report any ticket resellers to us immediately.
